As an international centre for tourism studies, CETA has always maintained a special relationship with Iberamerican countries which are connected to our country culturally, economically and in particular, in the area of tourism and leisure. It was this understanding which lead to the creation of the International Commission dedicated to establishing relations among various centres and universities specialising in tourism studies. Since its beginnings, this commission has extended to our countries which are important tourism destinations or show potential growth such as the USA, Australia, and China, among others.
